We ordered tickets through the website and have not received them yet?

Once you have paid for your tickets you MUST print out the confirmation email and bring it along with you to the show where it will be exchanged for your tickets at the advanced booking ticket office.

Are dogs allowed at the show and on the campsite?

Yes, dogs are most welcome as we believe that he/she is an integral part of anyone's outdoor lifestyle! You must however keep them on a lead at all times and carry some plastic bags with you (Know what I mean!!)

How much are the 'Have a Go' activities?

There is an abundance of activities to 'Have a Go' at and charges vary from free to £35.00 (for the helicopter flip).

There will be lots to entertain you and for you to try that will be without charge, there are two demonstration areas with continuous displays and plenty of things happening around the 35-acre show ground.

What times can I arrive at the campsite and what time do I have to leave by?

The campsite will be open at 10am for arrivals, and we ask that you leave by 6pm.

Where is my campsite pitch and when will I be notified of it?

You should have received your pitch allocation by now, please use this map to locate your pitch.

Who will be running your crèche, what qualifications do the staff have?

Vicky Bidwell (Highwood Nursery Manager) NNEB & NVQ4 will be running the crèche with assistance from other staff from the nursery all CRB checked, the crèche will be running to OFSTED guidance/ratios etc.  Parents will need to complete a basic registration from when they leave their child and give an emergency mobile contact number, all children will be given a security wrist band whilst in the crèche
